What is the Encompass Update and why should you read it?

The Encompass Update is a monthly summary of major enhancements and revisions to Encompass that have already been implemented or will be in the near future. The Encompass Update includes the following information:

  • The change (and change type)

  • The estimated rollout (when the change will begin to take affect)

  • Primary users (who the change will affect)

  • Details or instructions associated with the change

Although Encompass is constantly being updated and improved, only revisions effecting large numbers of staff are included in the Encompass Update. To see a list of smaller changes recently made in Encompass, click here. Many of these changes were suggested by staff like you. To suggest a change, contact your Encompass liaison.
