What is the University of Encompass?
The
University of Encompass is the a Training Program sponsored by the
Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO) Information Management department.
The training program includes orientation for new users, Forum
trainings, and new module trainings.
What is an Encompass Forum?
The
Encompass Forum is a training session provided at least quarterly in
your county (schedule below).
Trainings cover topics that affect your
job. This is an opportunity to get one on one Encompass help!
The topics of the training will vary each month depending
on what’s happening with Encompass. The training might cover a new
module being rolled out in Encompass or an existing module that is
being changed or a new clinical process that involves Encompass.
Trainings are facilitated by
Encompass Liaisons
or a member of the WCHO IM team.
No pre-registration necessary, just show up!
