Encompass user satisfaction survey

All CMH staff in Lenawee, Livingston, Washtenaw, and Monroe counties are invited to complete the Encompass Satisfaction survey every year.  The purpose of the survey is to allow staff a formal means to give feedback on our electronic medical record, and to gather information that the Encompass Implementation Committee  (EIC) and the Affiliation Executive Committee will consider when prioritizing Encompass requests over the next year. The frequency and content of the survey is determined by the EIC. Staff are invited to complete the survey by e-mail, and data is collected through a Zoomerang survey.  The WCHO Information Management team analyzes, communicates, and follows up on survey results. Click on any of the links below to see results from the most recent survey.
