What is
e-Learning?
e-Learning is a new type of training being developed by the WCHO
Information Management Department. e-Learning is a narrated,
interactive, multimedia video you can watch to learn about different
modules in Encompass.
e-Learning is fun and user-friendly! Our e-Learning courses support
learning the clinical process as well as learning how to use
Encompass.

For Clinicians:
Encompass Quick User Guide
This
video is designed for users who are new to Encompass. The video covers
how to navigate through Encompass, how to input data into Encompass
and important information about how to keep information in Encompass
secure.
Appeals
This
video is designed to orient users new to the Appeal Notices module.
This video covers when a notice of appeal rights needs to be given to
a consumer or provider, when a notice is required, and what type of
notice to appeal rights to give based on the consumer’s insurance.
Healthcare Fraud & Abuse
This
video is designed to orient users new to the Healthcare Fraud and
Abuse module. This video covers the DRA provisions, what CMHSPM has to
do to comply with the act, what to report and how to report it,
information on the Federal and State False Claims Act, and information
on the Whistleblowers Protection Act.
For External Providers:

This

how to view relevant clinical documents, Utilization Review and
Substance Abuse.
